Church planting quiz

God Grown has come up with a quiz to help one determine whether or not your heart is in the right place for going out and starting a new church.

Here are my quiz results. If you take the test and care to share your results, please paste them into the comments section below. I'd love to see how others scored!
You Scored as To Answer God's Call

Listening to Jesus and doing what he says will always prove a good strategy in church planting. While God calls in many ways, it will be essential when times get tough that you remember your calling.

You Scored as Missions and Disciplemaking

This is one of the healthiest motivations to initiate a new community of faith. Working with the mission of God, you intentionally plant the gospel among the lost, and wait for church to emerge.

Guido,
Here is mine, whatever it might mean to whomever! I like it though, it makes one think about the motivation behind our madness.

One more thing,

The results, the first part on the explanation of the results sound like a fortune cookie reading.

El Perro,

Bendiciones mi querido hermano Mejicano! Interesante tus porcentajes. Parece que tu fuerte en lo que te motiva en el ministerio es el discipulado y las misiones. Si te cansas de hacer la obra donde estés, te invito a unirse con nosotros en el Ecuador!

Manuel,

Tus porcentajes no me sorprenden. Conociéndo tu llamado fuerte, has podido perseverar por muchos alti-bajos a través de los años. Y aunque la descripción suena como un "fortune cookie" te describa bien!

Here are mine, Not so accurate, tho. I've never read about housechurch in a book and I don't think it's scripturally or inherently superior to any other method. I'm not a leader of any sort, and never wanted to be....
Following God's instructions are always a main motive. After that, the motive, unfortunately, is detoxification.

But here's what they said:

I want to Plant a Larger Church

Cam,

I found your comments interesting. Maybe you could blog sometime about what you are referring to when you say that "detoxification" is what you feel is your #2 motive. What's your story there?

Stephen,

After reading some on your blog I am not surprised you scored 100% on the Missions & Disciplemaking category. Sounds like you have a real passion for evangelism and discipleship!

I'm not sure I agree with this fully. I really focus more on answering God's call - what is it he wants me to do.... hmmmm

John,

You scored similar to me. I came out tied on the same top two that you did. These kinds of tests are not meant to be too precise, but I find them fun to take.
