  2. Gordon,

    Thanks for the comment and your prayers. I myself am thrilled to view and review this video. To see the prayers of all our prayer partners being answered makes it all worthwhile. This is our "prize" for being here.

  3. Guy;

    I thought it was interesting to see the gentleman in the tie being baptised. It struck me that this was an extremely important occasion for him, so he wore his best. Am I bringign my best for God also? Thanks for the video link and prayer update. Allthough we have never met, know that I am praying for you guys. Love the internet when it is used the right way.

  4. Bill,

    Yes, their baptism is extremely significant for them in that they are breaking ties with their past life and walking in "newness of life". I too was touched by the brother wearing a tie for his baptism. Thanks for your prayer support.

  7. Guy,

    I notice that two guys are baptizing the guys... two women baptizing the women... I like it!

    Very significant modeling going on there... sharing of authority... it is not about the baptizer... any disciple can baptize... good stuff!

  8. Larry,

    Glad the video recharged your enthusiasm! It is a significant event in the lives of new believers here as they make PUBLIC their decision to follow Christ.

    Travis,

    Keep up the praying to the Lord of the Harvest. We start a new training cycle this coming Tuesday with a new batch of trainees.

    Tim,

    Yes, the women baptized the women and the men the men. The black brother doing the baptizing made the comment in his short exhortation, that any believer is free to baptize as authorized by Christ himself in Matt.28, what matters is not WHO baptizes, as much as in WHOSE NAME they are baptized.
