Indeed it is a joy to see souls come to Jesus. There are always tears when those being baptized share their testimony and confess openly that they have turned their lives over to Christ. It moves me too and again I realize that it is worth it all to see new brothers and sisters join us in the Kingdom.

As I watched our brethren in the water it brought tears to my eyes,and revived great memories of similar scenes I have had the joy to participate in.
